You're right. I'm a small business owner, though, and if a regular customer of mine (especially one who uses my services more than once or twice a month) has a problem, I'll fix it. In this case we're talking about 2 egg rolls that don't cost them even $1 to replace. In my businesses I've had customers complain about something months later and I'll still fix it -- that is what a good business owner does.

Nonetheless, they still refuse to replace the egg rolls (I like to remind them every time I place an order). As long as they refuse to replace them, I'll be happy to let others know so that they can double check their orders themselves!

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate it.

I feel as though if one should have a problem with something, they should respond in the quickest time possible. To displace a problem is to aggravate it. Many restaurants will immediately fix a problem if they are notified in a reasonable manner. To respond the next time is irresponsible of the customer because the place of business cannot verify that something has been missing or something was wrong. To honor all requests such as these would cause a restaurant, or any business in particular, to fold. Large corporations can absorb these costs if they choose to honor such requests, but small, family owned businesses cannot.
